IAAF Council Meeting notes, Monaco – 21 November
21 November 2008 - Monte-Carlo - The schedule of the opening day of the IAAF Council Meeting in Monaco was very busy, with no fewer than 9 IAAF Committees and Commissions reporting, as well as routine presentations from the IAAF President and General Secretary, and the 2009 IAAF Budget which was given by the Honorary Treasurer Jean Poczobut and approved by Council.
